Shipping Policy: We offer flat rate shipping & priority shipping also. Shipping is also tracked you will get tracking via email or text message whichever you used at checkout. If the item shows delivered but is not please contact shipping carrier and us, we can help locate or call the shipping company to help find it! If it’s lost by USPS or UPS you may file a claim with the shipping company and please contact Rodeo Electronics to see if we can find a solution. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout, we will not be able to change the address after you purchase. If a package is returned because the wrong address was entered at checkout, shipping will have to be paid again to reship it out to the new address, the original address & label are no longer adequate.
